August Book Haul *HUGE!*
Hey everyone, Victoria here! Today I wanted to do my August book haul as I got a ton of books this month. Let's just get right into it because I have a lot of books to talk about!!
Heretics Anonymous by Katie Henry
I know that EmmmaBooks loved this book, and I'm super excited to read it this month!! This book has such a unique concept and the cover is so gorgeous! I'm hoping to really love this one! :)
To All the Boys I've Loved Before by Jenny Han
I read this in August and I'm set on finishing the series this month! I'm waiting to finish the entire series before watching the movie, even though I know it only details the first book (I'm weird ok...). Check out more of my thoughts on this book in my Augst wrap-up!
The Muse by Jessie Burton
This was on a sale cart at my library, so I got the paperback for only $3. The synopsis sounded pretty interesting, but the cover is absolutely stunning! Even though this is an adult book, I'm hoping to really enjoy it.
Passenger by Alexandra Bracken
I've heard some good things about this book/series on Booktube but I could not resist when I found a HARDCOVER copy of this for 50 CENTS!! I don't know much about it, but I'm excited to check it out.
*THE FOLLOWING BOOKS ARE ARCS (OF BOOKS THAT ARE ALREADY PUBLISHED) THAT I PICKED UP FOR FREE FROM MY LIBRARY!!*
August and Everything After by Jennifer Salvato Doktorski
I've never heard of this book but it sounds like a cutesy contemporary that has decently good reviews on Goodreads so I'm excited to check it out.
The Truth by Jeffry W. Johnston
This is a super short mystery/thriller that I am looking forward to reading closer to Halloween!
When My Heart Joins the Thousand by A. J. Steiger
I actually started this book and got like 50 pages into it and was really enjoying it, but I put it down to read something else. I'm excited to finish reading it and see how the story progresses!
Alone by Cyn Balog
This sounds like another creepy read that I can read in October along with The Truth.
Jess, Chuck and the Road Trip to Infinity by Kristin Elizabeth Clark
I really liked the cover of this and the synopsis sounded interesting enough...why wouldn't I take it since it was free?!
These are all the books that I picked up this month! Make sure to comment below if you got any of these books this month or plan on reading them soon!
Have a great day/night everyone!
-xoxo Victoria
