My Top 5 Most Anticipated Releases of Fall 2018! πŸ‚

Hey everyone, it's Victoria here! Today I want to share with you my top 5 most anticipated releases for fall! Without further ado let's get right into the books...(in no particular order) 1. Not Even Bones by Rebecca Schaeffer Release Date: September 4th This sounds so so interesting! The basic premise follows a girl who sells magical body parts on the black market....if that doesn't interest you, I don't know what will! I'm super excited to get my hands on this book!  2. Wild Card by Marie Lu  Release Date: September 18th I read Warcross  by Marie Lu earlier this year and really enjoyed it so I am looking forward to reading this sequel!  3. Freak 'N' Gorgeous  Release Date: September 11th I don't really know too much about what this book is about, but it seems like a super fun and unique contemporary novel! Hi everyone, Victoria here! Sorry, I didn't have a post go up last week but today I'm going to be doing the back to school book tag!! The summer absolutely flew by, and now I sadly have to go back to school next week. Anyways, let's jump right into the questions!  ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- English/Language Arts- Name your favorite author's (or books) writing style  Ok so I don't really have a specific author or book in mind, but I love a quick paced story that can get me out of a reading slump!  Math- A book that made you frustrated  Definitely, this book because the characters were SO stupid! A Very Ambitious August TBR (2018)

July Wrap-Up (2018)

Hey everyone,  Victoria here! Today I'm going to be sharing with you my July wrap-up! I read 5 books  in July, which I'm really happy with! I read a lot of really great books and a lot of mediocre books. So, let's just jump right into the wrap-up... 1.) The Astonishing Color of After by Emily X.R. Pan Rating: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️  / ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️  (3/5) *TRIGGER WARNING- Suicide, Depression, and Self-harm I thought that this book was going to be a definite 5 star read for me, turns out I don't like reading magical realism. This book is about a girl whose mother commits suicide, and she is now convinced that her mother has turned in to a bird. This is not a bad book, by any means. In fact, I would even recommend it to you if you like magical realism. I enjoyed the mental health aspect of this book, and I thought it was really well done. However, in the middle of this book, I was ready to DNF it. I was very bored in the middle of this book, as were some other readers (as
