My Top 5 Most Anticipated Releases of Fall 2018! 🍂


Hey everyone, it's Victoria here! Today I want to share with you my top 5 most anticipated releases for fall! Without further ado let's get right into the books...(in no particular order)


1. Not Even Bones by Rebecca Schaeffer
Release Date: September 4th


This sounds so so interesting! The basic premise follows a girl who sells magical body parts on the black market....if that doesn't interest you, I don't know what will! I'm super excited to get my hands on this book! 



2. Wild Card by Marie Lu 
Release Date: September 18th


I read Warcross by Marie Lu earlier this year and really enjoyed it so I am looking forward to reading this sequel! 



3. Freak 'N' Gorgeous 
Release Date: September 11th


I don't really know too much about what this book is about, but it seems like a super fun and unique contemporary novel! I also think the cover is super simplistic yet cool!! :)



4. A Very Large Expanse of Sea by Tahareh Mafi 
Release Date: October 18th


I haven't read any other of Tahereh's works, but I'm really looking forward to picking this one up. This seems like the type of hard-hitting contemporary that will really get a conversation going! Also, the cover is freaking GORGEOUS, come on!! 



5. Sawkill Girls by Claire Legrand
Release Date: October 2nd 


I've saved the best for last, folks! I can't even begin to say how excited this book makes me!!! I'm so thrilled that it's coming out so soon! It seems like the perfect thriller/mystery to read around Halloween!! Be sure to check this book out if you haven't heard of it because the premise is so amazing! Also, this cover is beautiful...ok I'm done fussing over this book. :)

Library Book Sale Book Haul!

Hey everyone, Victoria here! Today I wanted to do a haul of the books I got from a book sale that my library had. All of these books were super cheap (paperbacks were $1.00 and hardcovers were $1.50), so I went a bit crazy! Let's just get right into the haul! Sharp Objects by Gillian Flynn I just realized that this is being adapted into a TV mini-series (I think), but when I picked this up, I thought it would be a creepy and mysterious read to explore during October! All the Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr Y'ALL! I FOUND THIS IN HARDCOVER FOR ONLY $1.50! WHAT A STEAL!! I've been wanting to read this book for such a long time and I've heard nothing but great things about it. So glad I was able to pick it up for such a good price! The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern I know so many Booktubers that love this book and constantly hype it up, and I want to see how I'll like it. Finally Fall Book Tag!! 🍁

Hi everyone, Victoria here! Sorry, I didn't have a post go up last week but today I'm going to be doing the finally fall book tag!!  I'm so happy that its finally fall, as fall is my favorite season! Anyways, let's jump right into the questions!  ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- In the fall, the air is crisp and clear: name a book with a vivid setting!  For this one, I'm gonna have to go with Sea Witch by Sarah Henning! The seaside town setting was just so eerie and enhanced the story and made it such an enjoyable read!  Nature is beautiful...but also dying: name a book that is beautifully written but also deals with a heavy topic like loss or grief  Girl Made of Stars by Ashley Henning Blake.
