June Book Haul! 📚
Hey everyone, Victoria here! Today I wanted to do a June book haul as I have purchased a ton of books this month. Let's just get right into it because I have a lot of books to talk about!!
Simon vs The Homeo Sapiens Agenda by Becky Albertalli
I've already read this one! More thoughts to come in my June wrap-up, but I really enjoyed it! I really need to watch Love, Simon now!!
They Both Die at the End by Adam Silvera
I chose this as my summer reading book that I am required to read for school, but I do really want to read it regardless. I've heard nothing but great things about Adam's books so I'm excited to give this one a try!
An Ember in the Ashes by Sabaa Tahir
With all the hype surrounding this series recently, I figured I'd pick this one up since the beautiful new paperbacks came out! And I wanted to get my hands on this to start reading this series since the third book, A Reaper at the Gates, came out this month.
I'll Give You the Sun by Jandy Nelson
I've been interested in this one for a long time, but never got around to reading/purchasing it. I got this one in paperback on sale for $4.99, which I thought was a great deal, and I won't be as mad if I don't like the book because I didn't pay full price for it.
The Diviners by Libba Bray
Again, I got this one on sale at the same time I got I'll Give You the Sun. I got this in paperback again for about $5, and I've been interested in starting this series for a while as I've heard some of my favorite BookTubers talk about how they really enjoy this series.
A Stranger in the House by Shari Lapena
I was looking for a good thriller/horror novel to read and this one was on sale so I decided to pick it up. I don't really know much about it and haven't really heard anyone talking about it, so we shall see what I think of it when I get around to reading it.
Daughter of Deep Silence by Carrie Ryan
Not going to lie, this was a total cover buy! I know absolutely nothing about this book but I am looking forward to reading it.
Brightly Burning by Alexa Donne
I knew I had to buy this for 2 reasons: a. the cover! b. It's a Jane Eyre reimaging, in space! I'm super excited to jump into reading this novel very very soon!!
Always Never Yours by Emily Wibberley and Austin Siegemund-Broka
I finally got my hands on a copy of this one! I mentioned that I was dying to read this in my top 5 most anticipated summer releases post which you can check out here!
These are all the books that I purchased this month! Make sure to comment below if you got any of these books this month or plan on reading them soon!
Have a great day/night everyone!
-xoxo Victoria
